PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an appropriate alarm for fire and other events according to situations by comprehensively determining the fire and other events from fire detection and detection of events other than the fire. SOLUTION: This alarm is provided with a fire sensor 22 and a human detection sensor 14 as other signal detection part which detects events other than the fire, an abnormal condition monitoring part 36 gives an alarm for the fire and the events other than the fire by comprehensive determination based on a fire detection signal and human detection signal. The abnormal condition monitoring part 36 sets fire detection sensitivity of the fire detection signal low when the human detection signal is obtained, and sets the fire detection sensitivity of the fire detection signal high when no human detection signal is obtained. In addition, the abnormal condition monitoring part 36 decides a fire level set as a plurality of stages according to the size of the fire detection signal, and determines alarm content to be output according to the decided fire level and human detection by the human detection signal.
