<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine of simple structure capable of locking a cap of a hydraulic fluid tank or a radiator to prevent removable of the cap. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cap lock device 28 is provided in a hydraulic fluid tank 20 to lock a cap 25 with the cap lock device 28 so as to prevent removal of the cap 25. The cap lock device 28 can cover the cap 25 with a cap sealing part 30A of a turning member 30 and can lock the cap 25 to prevent removal thereof by inserting an engine key K into a lock member 31 and turning it for operation. On the other hand, when the cap lock device 28 is turned by the lock device 31 in the reverse direction, the cap sealing part 30A of the turning member 30 can be removed form the cap 25.
