<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material-bending mold machine capable of certainly bending a sheet material into a desired shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet material-bending mold machine includes: a pedestal 5 for placing a sheet material W thereon; a pressing member 13 for pressing the sheet material W placed on the pedestal 5; and a plurality of derricking members 38a to 38h to be raised from such a state as to be laid on the pedestal 5 toward the pressing member 13 in a prescribed order. It is preferable to additionally attach to the pressing member 13, the flexible plates 31 having each an edge 31a fixed up to the portion of the material W to be bent.
