PURPOSE: A capacitor module is provided to obtain low ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) and low IR(Insulation Resistance) using high dielectric constant ceramic as the dielectric. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first ceramic sheets respectively have a plurality of first internal electrodes. A plurality of second ceramic sheets respectively have a plurality of second internal electrodes(40). Each second ceramic sheet is stacked between the first ceramic sheets. The plurality of outer electrodes are connected to the plurality of the first internal electrodes. The clamp leads are respectively connected to the plurality of the external electrode. An EMC(Epoxy Molding Compound) molding unit(70) seals the plurality of first and second ceramic sheets and the plurality of external electrodes.
