The batching device secures reduction of the fuel consumption, eliminating in the same the danger of fire transfer from the fireplace through the conveying screw to the pellets bunker in "damping" mode. The batching device consists of a bunker (5) for solid fuel (6), a rotary valve (1) with the rotor (10), located under the outlet hole of the bunker (5), and a conveying screw (2) for horizontal feeding fuel (6) into the combustion chamber (9) of the boiler (8), the rotary valve (1) and conveying screw (2) being driven by a common motor-reducer (4) through the chain drive (3). According to theuseful model, the rotor (10) of the rotary valve (1) is a cylindrical body, consisting of a shell segment (17) having the shaft (16), located along the central axis of the shell segment (17). Inside the volume of the cylindrical body is formed the open sector (19) with triangular cross section, created by two rectangular supports (20 and (22), located radially along the entire length of the shellsegment (17), and concluding an angle between them, one of the longitudinal sides of the first rectangular support (20) being fixed to the shaft (16) immovably, while the second rectangular support (22) is connected with a hinge, and the other longitudinal side of each rectangular support (20, 22) is fixed immovably to the shell segment (17)
