<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition having high exposure sensitivity and giving a colored film free of a crease and unevenness when subjected to heat treatment after exposure. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a solvent, pigments including one selected from the following group (B-1) and one selected from the following group (B-2), a binder resin, a photopolymerizable compound, and photopolymerization initiators including one selected from the following group (E-1) and one selected from the following group (E-2) in a range of (E-1):(E-2)=80:20 to 40:60 (mass ratio). (B-1): a group consisting of diketopyrrolopyrrole-based pigments, anthraquinone-based pigments, etc.; (B-2): a group consisting of anthraquinone-based pigments, disazo-based pigments, isoindoline-based pigments, etc.; (E-1): a group consisting of triazine-based photopolymerization initiators and oxime-based photopolymerization initiators; (E-2): a group consisting of hexaarylbiimidazole-based photopolymerization initiators and acetophenone-based photopolymerization initiators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
