PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller capable of improving heating capability to a temperature-controlled fluid, achieving energy saving, and circulating lubricating oil discharged from a compressor to the compressor as much as possible. SOLUTION: This temperature controller includes: a proportional three-way valve 20 for supplying some of a high-temperature first heating medium discharged from the compressor 18 to a heater 14, and condensing and cooling the remainder of the high-temperature heating medium, then adiabatic-expanding and cooling the medium, and supplying it to a cooler 16; a heat-absorbing device 32 for causing the first heating medium which is adiabatic-expanded and cooled after being cooled and condensed by the heater 14 to absorb heat from an air current as an external heat source; a supply means for joining heating media which absorb heat to elevate the temperature in the cooler 16 and the heat-absorbing device 32, and supplying it to the compressor 18; and a control part 22 for controlling the proportional three-way valve 20 wherein piping between the compressor 18 and the proportional three-way valve 20 includes an oil separator 19 for separating lubricating oil contained in the high-temperature first heating medium discharged from the compressor 18 and circulating it to the compressor 18.
