<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine visual field range of a camera based on zooming magnification ratio intuitively and specifically. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A map display part 401 on which camera icons 410a-410d are placed with imaging directions of network cameras and imaging directions which camera body figures indicate are approximately matched at a position on a flat floor plan from an upper direction corresponding to installation locations of the network cameras is displayed. A fan-shaped maximum coverage angle figure SC having the maximum coverage angle of the network cameras as a center angle and a certain radius length as a radius, and a fan-shaped current viewing angle figure ZS having a current imaging viewing angle determined based on the zooming magnification ratio of the network camera as a center angle and a radius length different based on the zooming magnification ratio as a radius are displayed by combination with the camera icons by making the flat floor plan transparent.
