PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive terminal device of a circuit breaker capable of simply making connection with a beltlike bus wire with small force even if capacity of the circuit breaker becomes large. SOLUTION: The beltlike bus wire is held by tensional pressure of a coil spring 4 at one end side of two contact plates 1a, 1b, wherein thickness surfaces of longitudinal one side each are oppositely arranged, formed at an approximately rectangular form, and the other end side each of both contact plates 1a, 1b is electrically connected with a terminal metal fitting 7 of the circuit breaker 8. Opposite longitudinal one sides of both contact plates are respectively formed by curved surfaces 11 projected outward from an end at one end side, first perpendicular surfaces 12, gradually expanding tapered surfaces 13, and second perpendicular surfaces 14 in that order. An expanded plate 2 is locked and retained between the second perpendicular surfaces 14 (retaining position) of both contact plates 1a, 1b. An opposite distance of the curved surfaces 11 of both contact plates 1a, 1b is more enlarged than a thickness of the beltlike bus wire by moving the expanded plate 2 between the first perpendicular surfaces (extending position) of both contact plates 1a, 1b.
