PURPOSE: A unit tread weighing system for moving vehicles using a piezo sensor and a measuring method thereof are provided to get more accurate result by calculating the load applying in each part of the road. CONSTITUTION: A fixed unit tread weighing system is fixed and set on a road where vehicles are running. The fixed unit tread weighing system comprises a vehicle load measurement target road(1), a plurality of horizontal piezo sensors(10), and a diagonal piezo sensor(20). The horizontal piezo sensor is mounted on the road to meet with the vehicle driving direction at a right angle, at a regular interval. The diagonal piezo sensor is mounted on the road and crosses the road.
