PURPOSE: An organic light emitting material is provided to produce an organic light emitting diode with excellent thermal stability, long lifetime, and good luminescent brightness and luminous efficiency by using a triphenylene derivative as a hole transport material. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting material is used as a light emitting material of an organic electroluminescent device and comprises a triphenylene derivative represented by the following chemical formula I. In chemical formula I, R1 and R2 are substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6-30 nucleus carbon atoms; R1 is has a unit of the following chemical formula b01; and R2 has a unit of the following chemical formula b01, b02, b03 or b09.
