PURPOSE: An automatic transmission is provided to help a driver to concentrate on driving and secure safe driving by allowing a gear to be shifted automatically according to rotation speed of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a rotary shaft(20) passes through a housing(10) of an auto transmission. An inclined plane unit is formed to slope within housing. A rotating unit(60) is formed at the inclined plane meeting inclined plane unit. A gear is shifted by rotating unit automatically. One ring gear interlinking each fixed shaft is formed at first rotating unit(30), and a small gear is combined with the second rotating unit(40).
