<p>PURPOSE:To provide a treating apparatus described in the title which is capable of removing HCl etc. constantly, requiring no after-treatment of absorbing soln. and without being affected by the variation in HCl quantity, by constituting the apparatus of a means for spraying lime slurry into the exhaust gas contg. HCl and of a dust precipitator collecting dust formed in the exhaust gas which is to be released. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas ontg. HCl discharged from a refuse incinerator 1 is cooled 2 to about 350 deg.C, then delivered to a packed tower 3 filled with lump lime, where a portion of HCl is reacted and removed. The exhaust gas contg. unreacted HCl is led to a spray tower 4, where HCl is reacted with CaCO3-slurry spray 5, and the gas contg. granular reaction product CaCl2 is drawn off the tower 4 through the bottom and is sent to a dust precipitator 8. After liberated from dust contg. reaction product in the apparatus 8, the exhaust gas is released through a blower 9 and a chimney 10 to the air. Hereby, HCl contained in the exhaust gas is removed at high efficiency.</p> |
