STRUTTURA COMPOSITA DI MATRICE RINFORZATA DA METALLO MICROLAMINATO

摘要

Two separate plasma spray guns as shown in Fig 1 are employed simultaneously to spray a first metal from the first gun and to spray a second metal or a ceramic material from the second gun. The guns have a common aim point and the deposit formed has a swirl-like intermixed and interlocked structure or microlaminated structure. In this microlaminated structure interlayer reinforcing strands extend from one splat to another of said structure.
