PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marker having enhanced resistance to vibration or impact during movement. SOLUTION: This device includes a laser unit 6 for irradiating laser light, a frame 5 for holding the laser unit 6, a gimbal mechanism 16 for holding the laser unit 6 in the suspended state from the frame 6 and keeping the vertical attitude, a stopper 10 for holding a rocking end 15 of the laser unit 6 to forbid rocking of the laser unit 6 by the gimbal mechanism 16, and a buffer member 11 in a contact domain with the rocking end on the stopper 10. The buffer member 11 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the rocking end 15. The buffer member 11 may be provided on the whole spot on which the bottom surface of the rocking end 15 abuts, or may be provided partially only on a spot in the contact state.
