<p>PURPOSE: An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an optical buffer layer in different thicknesses by pixel which implements different color, thereby improving the color reproduction range and the optical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a first substrate(100), first, second, and third pixels are defined to embody different color. An optical buffer layer(105a,105b,105c) is arranged on a first substrate. The thickness of the optical buffer layer is varied in each of the first, second, and third pixels. A first electrode(110) is arranged on the optical buffer layer. A pixel buffer pattern(125) is arranged on the first electrode to expose the light emitting areas of the first, second, and third pixels. A separator(135) is arranged on the pixel buffer pattern along the circumference of the first, second, and third pixels. A contact protrusion member(145) is arranged on a contact buffer pattern(125a,125b,125c).</p> |
