<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump of a simple structure not requiring change-over of flow passage between a suction flow passage and a delivery flow passage by a solenoid valve or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This pump device 1 includes a plunger 20 and a cylinder 10. A communication hole 24 communicating with a longitudinal direction is formed on the plunger.
