PURPOSE: An antifouling and moisture-proof film for packing a bag of electronic products and an antifouling and moisture-proof envelope using the same are provided to offer contamination barrier function and moisture barrier function with wrapping stability of injection-molded products for electronic products. CONSTITUTION: An antifouling and moisture-proof film for packing a bag of electronic products comprises a multi-layered base film(10,20), an antifouling and moisture-proof coating layer(30a), and a foaming foam layer(30b). The multi-layered base film includes a polyester film layer. The antifouling and moisture-proof coating layer is formed at least one side of the base film. The foaming foam layer includes a thermosetting-type binder of 5~30 weight%, water, or an organic solvent or their mixture solvent of 60~90 weight%, an antifouling and moisture-proof additive of 0.1~5 weight% and additives of 0.5~5 weight%.
