THE DATA RETRANSMISSION METHOD WHICH ADOPTS INTERLEAVING RULE REARRANGEMENT IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND THE APPARATUS THEREOF

An improved HARQ scheme with low complexity is provided by the present invention. According to the technical scheme of the invention, during each retransmission for a received data block which is found error when demodulated, the interleaving process is performed by using a different interleaving rule each time, and the symbol modulation process is remained the same. According to an optimal embodiment of the invention, during each retransmission for the received data block which is found error when demodulated, the interleaving process is performed by using the different interleaving rule each time, while the symbol modulation process and the sub-carrier mapping process are remained the same, so that the effect which is the same as that of the constellation rearrangement diversity and the frequency diversity can be acquired when the data block is received and combined, thus the performance of HARQ technique can be improved. Compared with other existing improved HARQ technique, the optimal embodiment is relatively simple in hardware implementation.
