PURPOSE: To provide a flux supply device with which liquid flux can be stably supplied to a flux storage tank even when a pressure in the flux storage tank fluctuates. CONSTITUTION: A liquid holding part 50 is mounted through a first solenoid valve 33 on the lower part of a liquid supplement part 49 which is filled with the liquid flux 15 for supplement, and a liquid supply part 51 is mounted on the lower part of the liquid holding part 50 through a second solenoid valve 34. The lower part of the liquid supply part 51 is put inside the flux storage tank 11 generating a mixed gas. A gas blowing pipe 18 to which a combustible gas is supplied, is put inside the flux storage tank 11. The first solenoid valve 33 and the second solenoid valve 34 are controlled respectively by prescribed timing so that their opening and closing states are alternately repeated. Consequently, the liquid supplement part 49 is not affected by a pressure fluctuation in the inside of the flux storage tank 11, and the liquid level of the liquid flux 15 in the flux storage tank 11, is held constant.
