Pyrrolopyrimidine and pyrrolopyridine derivatives substituted with a cyclic amino group as CRF antagonists

Disclosed is a pyrrolopyrimidine or pyrrolopyridine derivative substituted with a cyclic amino group represented by the following formula (I) wherein the cyclic amino group is represented by the following formula (II), where Y is N or CR15 and wherein the variables shown in these formulae are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the antagonistic activity of the above derivatives towards CRF receptors.
