<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo control device that provides a servo system of multi spindle configuration by flexible combination to correspond to a single spindle or multi spindle motor configuration, and easily enables downsizing, performance improvement, and power consumption reduction including measures against heat. <P>SOLUTION: The servo control device includes: a module A that mounts a communication circuit, a CPU, a memory, and a power supply circuit; a module B that mounts a servo control circuit, a power circuit, and a power supply circuit; and a carrier substrate 1 provided with a connector for the module A, a connector for the module B, a connector for a communication line for connecting a superior controller, a connector for a power supply line of an external power supply, a connector for a motor power line, and a connector for a position detector signal line.
