<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely determine that a detecting member has reached a detection position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On the outer face of a first housing 10, a covered part 13 to expose the rear end part of a detecting member 30 at a waiting position is formed; at the covered part 13, a flexibility detection part 21 which has a state of being exposed to the outer face of the covered part 13, and which can elastically sag in a direction crossing a moving direction of the detection member 30 is formed; and at the detection member 30, an interference part 37 is formed to elastically sag the flexibility detection part 21 in a process that the detection member 30 moves from the waiting position to the detection position side, and to elastically return the flexibility detection part 21 when the detection member 30 reaches the detection position.
