THE METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DRIVING CONTROL TRANSFER BELT TO COMPENSATE COLOR REGISTRATION

PURPOSE: A transfer belt driving controlling method for a color registration correction and an apparatus thereof are provided to correct the exact color registration and reduce the running time of the color registration correction by running a transfer belt in a second speed which is faster than a first speed. CONSTITUTION: The pattern formative region and the non- pattern formative region are established in the transfer belt in which the pattern for the color registration correction is formed(230). The color registration correction is proceed by running the transfer belt in the set pattern formative region with the first speed(270). The transfer belt is run in the non-pattern formative region with the second speed which is faster than the first speed.
