An impingement baffle (62) includes a perforate plate (64) having a pattern of impingement holes (66). An imperforate deflector (68) is spaced from the pla te (64) and is smaller than the plate for deflecting inlet air around the deflector to t he holes (66). The baffle (62) is disposed between a turbine shroud (28) and supporting hanger (36), and the deflector (68) is disposed between the hanger (36) and the baffle (62).
