PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control device suitably control ignition timing and a combustion state of fuel in an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The ignition timing control device comprises: an external EGR device recirculating part of exhaust from an internal combustion engine to a combustion chamber; an internal EGR device variably controlling valve timing so as to leave over part of burnt gas in the combustion chamber; an ignition timing acquiring means S103 estimating or detecting actual ignition timing of the fuel; correcting means S106, S107 correcting an internal EGR gas quantity so that the actual ignition timing acquired by the ignition timing acquiring means matches with a target ignition timing, and correcting an external EGR gas quantity so as to offset change in in-cylinder oxygen concentration along with the correction of the internal EGR gas quantity.
