FIELD: alimentary products, preservation. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: chopping carrots, parsley roots and onions, sauting them in melted butter and grinding, slicing, blanching and grinding potatoes, freezing and grinding fresh green peas and greens, grinding sea scallop meat, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with culinary water, tomato paste, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and laurel lea, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation. The process enables production of preserves intended for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space which are characterised by enhanced digestibility properties as compared to traditional pre-cooked products of the kind. ^ EFFECT: production of preserves intended for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space which are characterised by enhanced digestibility properties. |
