PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine oil composition which, in a refrigerating machine using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, satisfies required performances such as lubricity, compatibility with the refrigerant, stability to heat and hydrolysis, and low hygroscopicity in a balanced manner, by compounding an extreme-pressure agent having a higher wear resistance than a phosphoric ester. SOLUTION: The refrigerating machine oil composition for a refrigerating machine using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant includes at least one phosphorus compound other than phosphoric esters in a base oil comprising a synthetic oil.
