CONSTITUTION: A low-carbon steel heat exchanger capable of jointing a low-carbon steel component and an aluminum component include a low-carbon steel base material and a joint layer. The low-carbon steel base material is low-carbon steel base material of 0.001~0.5 weight%, carbon of 0.001~0.5 weight% and silicon of 0.001~0.5 weight%. The joint layer coats aluminum-silicon compound or aluminum-silicon-zinc compound. The low-carbon steel heat exchanger joints two or more components.
