A patch for nails and/or skin for the prevention or treatment of mycoses which permits the long-term retention of a drug in the nail and/or the dermal horny layer in a high concentration without a solubilizer for inhibiting the precipitation of drug crystals or a penetration accelerator for accelerating the penetration of a drug into the nail and/or the skin and which exhibits excellent adhesion even after the lapse of a long time from the application and is little irritant to the skin. A patch for nails and/or skin for the prevention or treatment of mycoses, which comprises an acrylic or silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a fungicide having an octanol/water partition coefficient, log Ko/w, of 4 or above in a dissolved state.
