<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, capable of suitably executing simulation by improving the flexibility in switching between a high-speed simulation method and a low-speed simulation method with high accuracy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first simulator which executes simulation by use of a native code interpretable by the information processing apparatus which executes the simulation and a second simulator which executes simulation for each instruction by use of an execution instruction code interpretable by a target computer are cooperated. Specifically, in the information processing apparatus, partial processing of the simulation of the target computer is executed while switching between the first simulator and the second simulator. The information processing apparatus synchronizes the processing of each simulator according to the simulator of the switching destination to distribute an information transmission path between the simulators.
