<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively support vertical and lateral cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: A cost reduction management supporting system includes: a means for automatically and periodically generating a component list for each base, from a unit price history database and an accounting database, etc., and registering the list in a cost reduction budget-result management database; a means for receiving a request target value from a management department client, and setting the value in the cost reduction budget-result management database; a means for receiving a target value from the management department client, and setting the value in the cost reduction budget-result management database; a result registering means for periodically generating result data from the unit price history database and the accounting database, and registering the data in the cost reduction budget-result management database; a means for receiving the prospect of cost reduction from a base client, and setting the prospect in the cost reduction budget-result management database; and a means for reading data from the cost reduction budget-result management database, and outputting the data to the management department client and the base client. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
