<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a piezoelectric device, which enables the amount of applied adhesive to be accurately measured and ensures high quality and reliability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a process in which an electrode part arranged on a substrate is recognized by image, and an acquired image data is binarized into a flat part and an inclined part, for calculating areas of them respectively, a process for applying a conductive adhesive to the electrode part, a process in which the electrode part to which the conductive adhesive is applied is recognized by image, and the acquired image data is binarized into a flat part and an inclined part, for calculating an area of them respectively, a process for calculating a difference in area between the area of inclined part of the electrode part to which the conductive adhesive is applied and the area of the inclined part of the electrode part before the conductive adhesive is applied, a process for determining whether the difference in area is within a specified range or not, and a process for mounting a piezoelectric vibrator on the electrode to which the conductive adhesive is applied after determination is made.
