<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form piece for correcting rotational displacement of an inner form, which enables the connection of the rotational displacement of an inner form, and a method for correcting the rotational displacement of the inner form, which employs the form piece. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The form piece 40 of the inner form 30 is installed along an inner peripheral surface 33 of a tunnel cavity section 21 which is formed from an excavated hole formed by excavating natural ground, so as to form a lining section between itself and the inner peripheral surface of the tunnel cavity section. A joint plate for connecting the form pieces adjoining each other along the direction of progress of excavation is provided with a bolt hole 43b which is formed in a normal position, and an adjusting bolt hole 50 which is provided in a position deviating in a direction along an inner peripheral surface 33 of the excavated hole from the bolt hole 43b formed in the normal position.
