PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person for decryption with positions of encrypted regions, in a technique for preventing leak of information to a third person by visually encrypting a part of image in information or digital image. SOLUTION: In the decryption apparatus, an encrypted image acquired by a reading means (S601) is displayed on the decryption apparatus (S602). Positions of encrypted regions contained on the displayed encrypted image are acquired by an encrypted region position acquisition means (S603). Encrypted regions are selected as decryption target regions (S604), and a decryption order of the decryption target regions is determined (S605). With respect to each of the selected decryption target regions, a decryption target region display means and a decryption key input means are presented in visual association with each other according to the decryption order (S606) to prompt the decryption user to input a decryption key (S607). When the input of decryption keys to the selected decryption target regions is completed (S608), image decryption processing is executed according to the decryption order (S609), and the result is output (S610).
