PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cutting oil and cutting oil components are provided to reduce power consumption by maximizing lubrication, and to extend an exchange period. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cutting oil includes the following steps of: stirring oleic acid of 80~90% and complex alcohol of 10~20% at a temperature of 270°C in a reactor; cooling a mixture after injecting hydrogen peroxide to a temperature of 50°C; and completing the oil after mixing an anti-corrosive agent of 0.5~4%, an anti-abrasion agent of 0.5~4%, and an antioxidant of 0.5~4%. |
