<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage control system for deterring an illegal act of reuse of a passing ticket by outputting the effect that possibility that the illegal act is performed is strong when the possibility that the illegal act of the reuse of the passing ticket is performed is strong. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket examination system notifies an automatic ticket examination machine 1b for an exit about monitoring information as the ticket that has strong possibility that the ticket is reused when a user does not enter a station yard through a ticket passage though an automatic ticket examination machine 1a for entrance performs entrance processing. The monitoring information is information wherein a ticket identification code of the ticket and a date and time when the entrance processing is performed are associated. The automatic ticket examination machine 1b for the exit stores the notified monitoring information in a monitoring information storage part 17.
