<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion type inorganic EL panel capable of emitting a red color without using a color filter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dispersion type inorganic electroluminescent panel has a light-emitting layer 3 and a dielectric layer 4 between electrodes 2, 5. The light-emitting layer 3 contains inorganic phosphor and organic dye, while the inorganic phosphor is ZnS (zinc sulfide), and as the organic dye, contains coumalin 6(3-(2'-benzothiazolyl)-7-di-ethylamino coumalin) and DCJTB (4-(di-cyano methylene)-2-t-butyl-6-(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran) at a substantial weight ratio of 1:1.
