<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive resin bobbin without requiring a change of a metal die even if the specification is varied. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the resin bobbin 1 which has at least a cylindrical bobbin body 9 wound with a thread-like article, and flanges 5 formed at ends in a width direction of the bobbin body in order to prevent the drop-off of the thread-like article. Also in the resin bobbin 1, the bobbin body 9 has a partition plate 3, and the bobbin body 9 has at least two sections 16, 17 partitioned by the partition plate 3. The sections are a favorable article winding part and an unfavorable article winding part, and furthermore, at least one of the flanges 5 includes least one notch 10.
