摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in testing a distribution board having a plurality of power receiving systems (active-standby, spot network or the like) and a system requiring switching to a power generator, it is required to constitute a simulation circuit according to each configuration of facilities. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is a device which simulates an output of a transformer for a measuring instrument by directly applying a low test voltage to a main circuit. It is not required to constitute a simulation circuit which adopts a state signal of a breaker even when detecting power interruption and power recovery by a voltage relay, and testing the automatic release and input operation of the distribution line breaker, the voltage applied to the main circuit is low (level of AC 110 V) even in the high-voltage distribution board. A simple test material may be used to increase safety.
