NUCLEAR REACTOR OF HETEROGENEOUS-HOMOGENEOUS COMBINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear reactor of a heterogeneous-homogeneous combination system which solves conventional problems.

SOLUTION: The nuclear reactor 10 of a heterogeneous-homogeneous combination system includes a core 12, a core cooling system 14 and a reactor gas control system 16. The core 12 is composed of a modular heterogeneous latticelike some neutron reflectors made of graphite or others minimizing neutron leakage and optimizing neutron economy and consists of a heterogeneous lattice with homogeneous fuel assemblies 18 which can be attached and detached freely.
