PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a suitable fuel injection quantity when valve timing varies in a minus overlapping region. SOLUTION: An engine fuel injection control device comprises a variable valve train 9 can attain valve timing having a minus overlapping period, a fuel injection means 12 injecting fuel into an intake passage 4, a target torque set means 20 setting target torque according to the demand of an operator, a basic fuel injection quantity set means 20 setting a basic fuel injection quantity according to the target torque, a fuel injection quantity correction means 20 correcting the basic fuel injection quantity according to the operation state of an engine 1, wherein the basic fuel injection quantity is corrected so that the fuel injection quantity is increased or decreased according to the change rate of a minus overlapping quantity.
