<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for detecting biological signal relevance that is not affected by change of a major part of a signal. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a means (101) to measure first biological information, a means (105) to measure second biological information, a means (102) to extract a first biological signal from the first biological information, a means (106) to extract a second biological signal from the second biological information, a means (103) to output a first analysis result after a time-frequency analysis of the first biological signal, a means (107) to output a second analysis result after a time-frequency analysis of the second biological signal, a means (104) to calculate a first time-frequency range for the first biological signal, a means (108) to calculate a second time-frequency range for the second biological signal, a means (109) to determine a third time-frequency range from the first and second time-frequency ranges, and a means (110) to calculate relevance between the first and second biological signals from the first and second analysis results and the third time-frequency range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
