A light emitting apparatus and a display apparatus having the same are provided to improve the use yield of a light emitted diode by using the combination of the light emitted diodes for the implementation of desired colors. A first light emitted diode(110) radiates the light of a second color tinged with a first color. The second light emitted diode(111) radiates the light of the fourth color tinged with the third color which is in the complementary color relation with the light light-emitted from the first light emitted diode. The first light emitted diode comprises an LED chip and a fluorescent substance. According to the content of the fluorescent substance, the second light emitted diode radiates the light which is in the complementary color relation with the first light emitted diode. On one end of a light emitting device(102), a light guide plate(153) is arranged. In the lower part of the light guide plate, a reflection plate(151) is arranged.
