PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoresis antenna whose shape and area can be changed depending on a frequency band of an electromagnetic wave required for communication of a contactless data receiving transmitting body and capable of controlling a communication distance of the contactless data receiving transmitting body. SOLUTION: In the electrophoresis antenna 10 provided with: a base member 11 provided with a plurality of recessed parts 12 forming cells 13; conductors 14 provided across respective ends opposed to each other of the two adjacent recessed parts 12; a first support member 15 arranged to cover all the recessed parts 12; a second support member 16 arranged opposite to the first support member 15 via the base member 11; and first and second electrodes 17, 18 arranged in a way of sandwiching the two support members 15, 14, at least one of the base member 11, the first support member 15, and the second support member 16 comprises a transparent member.
