<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record any contents at ease. <P>SOLUTION: A viewing age limit compliance information acquisition part 131 acquires, for example, a URL included in a packet of multicast transmitted from a recorder 41 by multicast by an SSDP, and stores the URL by associating it with a device. Then, the acquired URL is accessed to acquire viewing age limit compliance information of the device, and the viewing age limit compliance information is stored by associating it with the device. An upload control part 132 controls processing of upload of data of the contents to the recorder 41 based on an instruction of recording, etc., however, determines whether control of reproduction of the contents according to viewing age limit in the recorder 41 is possible based on the acquired viewing age limit compliance information prior to starting of execution of the processing of upload, and only when it is determined that control of the reproduction of the contents according to the viewing age limit is possible, executes the processing of upload. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
