<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive transfer ink sheet having high sensitivity and free from image defects, to provide an ink cartridge, to provide a coating composition for a dye layer in a thermosensitive transfer ink sheet, and to provide a thermosensitive transfer recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosensitive transfer ink sheet is obtained by providing the surface of a support with a dye layer comprising a thermal migratory dye in a resin binder, wherein as the dye layer, at least a polyvinyl acetate resin A and a polyvinyl acetate resin B at least having an acetoacetyl unit are used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
