PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the probability of the estimation of a base line in real time, and thereby to accurately estimate even an especially large drift. SOLUTION: A curve from which peaks are respectively removed by two minimum value filters 62 and 63 different in time interval is calculated, and an envelope curve for connecting the bottoms of the peaks is also calculated by an envelope curve calculation part 64 with respect to chromatograph data obtained with the elapse of time. A base line estimation part 65 estimates the strength value of the base line within a peakless time range from the probability distribution of the strength value when the base line is estimated to be present between two curves of the minimum value filters 62 and 63 and the probability distribution of the strength value supposed from the strength value and the inclination of the just near base line. Within a peak existing time range, the inclination determined by estimating the overlap or tailing of the peaks by the envelope curve is deemed to be present to estimate the base line.
