<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive solar cell assembly which is superior in light stability and heat resistance without yellowing or being deteriorated even if it is exposed to intense light or heat for a long time, is solid with superior abrasion resistance, long service life, high reliability and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, has a simple structure enough to efficiently give an incident light to a solar cell element, and is superior in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell assembly 1 includes a transparent resin 4 having a projected surface and a metal layer 2 provided along the projected surface on the side of the projected surface. A solar cell element 3 wherein the surface 3a of one semiconductor layer is covered with the other semiconductor layer 3b and one semiconductor layer 3a is exposed over the lacking portion of the other semiconductor layer 3b is packaged in the resin 4 while one semiconductor layer 3a is connected with one electrode through an exposed portion and the other semiconductor layer is connected with the other electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
