METHOD FOR PRODUCING ANTIBACTERIAL DEODORIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antibacterial deodorizer having antibacterial performance and high deodorizing performance. SOLUTION: This antibacterial deodorizer is made of inorganic oxide fine particles composed of a metal component and an inorganic oxide other than the metal component. The inorganic oxide comprises titanium oxide and silica and/or zirconia. The titanium oxide is crystalline titanium oxide. The metal component content in the inorganic oxide fine particles ranges between 0.1 and 30 wt.% expressed in terms of oxide, with the average particle size of the inorganic oxide fine particles ranging 2 to 500 nm in diameter.
